ADoM accepts cash, check, and most major credit cards. Pay your bill here.
Who do I contact if I have questions about my bill?

What do I need to bring to an appointment with me?
It is important to bring your insurance card and a photo ID to your appointment. If you have medical records relating to the treatment of your skin it may be helpful that you bring this to your appointment so copies may be obtained for your chart. Bring all of your current medications (or at least a list with doses). Also, bring any prescriptions you have already tried for any condition you are seeing us for. We have some new patient paperwork, including medical forms directly relating to your visit, that you may consider completing prior to your appointment. Click here for current forms.
When do I need to start seeing a dermatologist?
Skin cancer screenings are appropriate to start in the young adult years, particularly in patients who have a family history of skin cancer, people who have had significant sun exposure, or are fair-skinned.
We will see patients of any age with any concerns relating to their skin, hair, or nails.
Do I need a referral to be seen at ADoM?
Most insurance plans in this area do not require patients to obtain a referral before making an appointment with one of our physicians or physician assistants. If you are unsure about your own insurance plan, please contact your insurance administrator.
How often do I need to be seen?
Intervals at which you need to be seen will vary depending on your diagnosis or care you are receiving. Our physicians, Allied Health Professionals, or staff will be sure to communicate this with you at the end of your appointment.
Does ADoM offer cosmetic treatments?
