Treatment Day:

Unlike surgical procedures, there’s no need for general anesthesia or an operating room. Most patients are pleasantly surprised by how quick and comfortable the process is.

Ensuring Your Comfort:
We understand that the idea of facial injections can make some patients nervous. That’s why we offer several options to minimize discomfort during your treatment. For more sensitive areas like the lips, we can apply topical numbing cream before injection. Additionally, many of our filler products contain lidocaine, a local anesthetic, which provides numbing from within as the filler is injected. In certain cases, we may use strategic nerve blocks to anesthetize larger treatment areas.

The Injection Process:

You may feel slight pressure or a pinching sensation as the needle enters the skin, but most patients tolerate this very well. Immediate Results:

You may have some mild bruising at the injection sites, which can be easily covered with makeup after the first hour. We generally recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, excessive heat (saunas, hot yoga), and alcohol for 24-48 hours after treatment to help minimize swelling and bruising.

Follow-Up Care:
We’ll provide detailed aftercare instructions before you leave. In the days following treatment, you may experience some tenderness, mild swelling, or bruising at the injection sites.
